The Transitions Center provides students with the necessary tools and experiences to ease the various transitions into and throughout their college journey, and helps pave their way to academic success through graduation and beyond. The Transitions Center spans two locations on the Greeley campus and includes multiple transition services and programs, including: Orientation, Career Services, Transfer Services, and Aims2UNC.
