Get ready for the upcoming sports season with low-cost physicals at Aims Community College. Aims Medical Assisting students and instructors will be helping to provide exams along with our partnering physicians. Appointments will be available from noon to 6 p.m. on Tuesday, July 21, on the second floor of the Allied Health and Sciences Building on the Greeley Campus. Exams are $35. 

Please bring a completed CHSAA Preparticipation Physical Evaluation form to your appointment.
