Stop by any Learning Commons on any campus between 11a.m. - 3 p.m, and make tissue paper flowers or banners (papel picado) - two crafts associated with fiestas and Dia de los Muertos (Nov 1-2). We are highlighting traditional Mexican crafts to connect with our book choice this year - Child of the Flower-Song People by Gloria Amescua.
