Our self-talk is one of the most critical and important components to success, achievement and well-being. The incessant hamster in our brain as well as the reptilian brain responsible for our fight, flight and freeze can get in the way of our day-to-day life and what we are working on to accomplish in our future. This workshop will provide ways to recognize, quiet and manage those dialogues so you can be purposefully in action on things that are important in your life.
