Kickstart your weekend with a hearty laugh and some Midwest charm! Aims Community College is thrilled to host the multi-talented Charlie Berens at the Welcome Center on the Greeley Campus on Saturday, February 17, starting at 7 p.m.

Charlie Berens isn’t just a comedian; he’s a New York Times Best Selling Author, an Emmy-winning journalist, a musician, and the creator of the widely acclaimed Manitowoc Minute. With a career that spans journalism at MTV News, comedic news hosting at Tribune Media, and a successful stint as a stand-up comic, Charlie’s unique blend of humor and heart has captured over 7.5 million followers across social media platforms.

His recent adventures include a comedic bluegrass album, "Unthawed" that soared to #1 on the Billboard Bluegrass chart, and his first book "The Midwest Survival Guide" which instantly became a New York Times Best Seller following its release in November 2021. On the heels of his book’s success, Charlie is touring the nation with his Midwest Survival Guide Tour, selling over 150,000 tickets!

This event isn't just about laughs. It's a celebration of Midwest culture, a nod to the comedic and musical traditions that shape our shared narratives. Charlie’s keen eye for the quirky and endearing aspects of Midwest life resonates through his comedy, music, and writings.
