Charlie Berens isn’t just a comedian; he’s a New York Times Best Selling Author, an Emmy-winning journalist, a musician, and the creator of the widely acclaimed Manitowoc Minute. With a career that spans journalism at MTV News, comedic news hosting at Tribune Media, and a successful stint as a stand-up comic, Charlie’s unique blend of humor and heart has captured over 7.5 million followers across social media platforms.
His recent adventures include a comedic bluegrass album, "Unthawed" that soared to #1 on the Billboard Bluegrass chart, and his first book "The Midwest Survival Guide" which instantly became a New York Times Best Seller following its release in November 2021. Auditorium Policies:
There is a clear bag policy in place for this event. Please make sure your bag meets our clear bag policy guidelines. If it does not, Aims Security will ask you to return it to your vechicle. Aims is not responsible for lost or stolen items, and you cannot leave your personal belongings at the doors or with staff.
Anything larger than these sizes or not clear will not be allowed into the building:
Filming and any photography is not permitted during the performance. Cameras and recording devices are not allowed to be used in the auditorium. Cell phones, tablets and/or other electronic devices may not be used in the auditorium.
If a patron becomes disruptive, that patron and the group they arrived with may be asked to leave without a refund.
Each person regardless of age must be ticketed. A no re-entry policy will be in place during the event

Alcohol will be for sale within the venue. Your ID will be checked upon entry. Attendees age 21+ will receive a wristband. There is no age restriction for this show.
Event Seating
All seats are general admission within your purchased section. Please plan to arrive early if you have a large party, and please do not leave single seats in rows as you pick your seats. Doors will open at 6:30 p.m.
If you require an accessible seat, please let one of our ushers know and they will assist you. There are accessible seats in the lower bowl and the skyboxes. If you have any accessibility needs that we might need to be aware of before the show, please reach out and let us know: events@aims.edu
There is a no-re entry policy on this event. Once you leave you cannot come back in. Please plan accordingly.

Ticket Delivery
Tickets will be delivered via email after purchase. Please make sure your email address is correct when you purchase as Aims Community College is not responsible for email delivery delays or failure.
Tickets cannot be held at will call.
Aims Community College values providing a safe environment for our students, employees, and guests as well as significantly accelerate entry into the auditorium and ballroom, Aims CC has implemented a policy limiting the type of bag and dimensions of those bags brought into the venue. Exclusions to this policy will be made for medically necessary items after a thorough inspection.
ALL guests are encouraged to not bring any type of bags to the venue to expedite the entry process, they will be able to enter the Events Center with the following style and size bag:
Prohibited items include but are not limited to: purses larger than a small clutch bag, briefcases, backpacks, computer bags or any bag larger than the permissible size.
