Conversation Day is one of two days throughout the year when we come together as Aims employees to connect across divisions and reflect on our purpose and impact as a College. Being together and sharing this experience reminds us that we are indeed a community. It’s important that we take the time to remember the impact of our Aims unity and adapt to changes as Aims continues to grow.
