The Aims Read invites you to join a creative writing workshop led by Brian Seemann (English dept.) and Kathryn Bowker (Counseling) on the Fort Lupton Campus. 

This workshop will reflect on unfamiliar experiences through writing. Becoming aware of how other individuals in our Aims and larger communities navigate the world allows us to build a greater understanding that can break down barriers. The goal of this year's Aims Read is to engage in deep reflection on the many individuals who make up our college community.

The Aims Read book choice Tell Me Who You Are by Winona Guo and Priya Vulchi shares stories and contextual information from their year traveling across the US and interviewing a variety of people. Their work informs the reader about the impact of history on our nation and how that affects people's experiences today. We invite our community to engage in reflection starting at their campus, consider the wider Aims Community, and build bridges instead of barriers.
