Join Amanda Sheehan Monday-Thursday at noon for the Daily Dose of Fitness. Each day, Amanda will be leading a live virtual workout suited for all levels and will last for 30 minutes. All of the exercises will be done from the comfort of your own home with little to no equipment required. This is a great chance to take a break and get some exercise! Workouts will be recorded so if you can't attend live, you can complete the workout on your own time. Let's have some fun and get moving, even while working from home!
