Our 12-week Destress Recess is designed to help you discover strategies to help you lower your blood pressure, destress/declutter your life, eat healthier and find your way to a heart-healthy life!
Each 30-minute weekly class (virtual), will teach you tips and tricks for a healthier lifestyle. Topics include nutrition, sleep health, mindfulness and breathing and several others.
Every Tuesday, July 6-September 22 from 12:30-1 p.m. Classes will be virtual.
Includes pre/post blood pressure & lipid/glucose fasting blood work.
