DESCRIPTION:The fourth annual Greeley Pride features resources\, entertainm
 ent\, activities\, vendor booths\, food and more. This event promises an e
 ngaging mix of entertainment and communal affirmation. \n\nThis event is f
 ree and open to the community. All ages are welcome.  \n\nSponsored by the
  Campus Activities Programming Board\, Student Government\, and Student Li
 fe Department of Aims Community College. This program is funded by student
  fees and is provided for the students of Aims Community College. Call 970

 . \n\n______\n\nClear Bag Policy\nAims Community College values providing 
 a safe environment for our students\, employees\, and guests\, as well as 
 significantly accelerating entry into the auditorium and ballroom. Aims CC
  has implemented a policy limiting the types and dimensions of bags brough
 t into the venue. Exclusions to this policy will be made for medically nec
 essary items after a thorough inspection.\n\nALL guests are encouraged not
  to bring any type of bags to the venue to expedite the entry process\; th
 ey will be able to enter the Events Center with the following style and si
 ze bag:\n\nBags that are clear plastic\, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12
 ” W x 12” H x 6” DOne-gallon clear plastic bags (Ziplock or similar)
  are permittedOne (1) personal item\, such as a small clutch or wallet\, n
 ot exceeding 4.5” x 6.5” in size\, may be brought into the arenaGuests
  are allowed one (1) large clear bag – either the 12” W x 12” H x 6
 ” D clear bag or one-gallon Ziploc style bag – plus one (1) small pers
 onal itemMetal Detectors - Metal detectors will be utilized for this event
 . All individuals entering the Welcome Center\, including vendors\, will b
 e required to pass through the screening process before being admitted.\n\
 nProhibited items include\, but are not limited to: \n\nPurses larger than
  a small clutch bagBriefcasesBackpacksComputer bags Any bag larger than th
 e permissible sizeFace coverings/masks\, including face paint that signifi
 cantly obscures identification - exceptions will be made for individuals w
 ho must wear a mask for medical reasonsWeapons of any kind are strictly pr
 ohibited inside college buildings. This includes simulated weapons such as
  swords\, knives\, Nerf guns\, water guns and similar itemsAnimals\, only 
 service animals are permitted inside college buildings
