Stretch and Destress will help you restore balance and relaxation in both your body and mind. As we move through the practice, the focus will be on connecting to your breath and allowing yourself to surrender to the present moment. Join Sandy Myers as she guides you through gentle stretching and yoga postures to release stress and tension while creating a space of calming energy.
