Every one of us has a brain, and brain health matters at every stage of life. Today, there are more than 7 million Americans living with Alzheimer's disease and nearly 13 million families and other unpaid caregivers providing an estimated 19.6 billion hours of unpaid help to those impacted.

That means this isn’t just a personal issue - it’s a community one.

Join us on June 9th in our PERC in Classroom 128 to learn the latest updates on Alzheimer’s and explore our 10 Healthy Habits for Your Brain. We will provide simple, practical ways to support your cognitive health and better understand how to show up for those around you.

Whether you’re looking to reduce your own risk or feel more confident supporting someone else, this session will give you tools, insight, and connection.

Please email Rachal rachal.walsh@aims.edu to register
