The Registration and Records office is the official steward of all academic records at Aims.  They are dedicated to maintaining the accuracy, security, and integrity of student records from enrollment through graduation. Their team manages everything from course registration and grading to degree certification and transcript issuance.

They also play a key role in upholding institutional academic policies and ensuring that our systems remain compliant with federal regulations such as FERPA.
