In this interactive session, participants will learn how to match the right meeting to the right purpose, invite the right people, and apply practical norms that lead to clear decisions and stronger follow-through. Grounded in the values of Equity & Professional Respect and Performance Excellence & Effectiveness, this session focuses on creating focused, well-structured conversations where time is used well and outcomes are clear. Participants will redesign a real meeting from their own work and leave with strategies they can apply immediately.
