#AimsCCSMART Recovery is a science-based support group helping people learn self-empowering tools and providing support for each other in recovery. SMART Recovery works with a 4-Point system:
- Building and Maintaining Motivation
- Coping with UrgesComplimentary
- Managing Thoughts, Feelings and Behaviors
- Living a Balanced Life
Meetings are held upstairs in the Student Commons Building:
- Mondays, from 3:30-4:30 p.m. | Complimentary snacks provided
- Tuesdays, from 12:45-1:45 p.m. | Complimentary pizza provided
