Session 2: Stress Management Essentials

Stress happens — but it doesn’t have to control you. This session focuses on recognizing how stress shows up in your body and mind, and gives you practical tools to manage it effectively. From simple daily practices to cognitive reframing techniques, Dan Jahn will guide you through strategies that help you reduce tension, increase resilience, and stay grounded even when life gets hectic.

Registration is required through Biz Library. 

From your Biz Library dashboard (which can be accessed from the Okta page), select the home button and go to classroom. Select the event you are looking to register for and select view profile. If the event has an in-person and a Zoom option, they will both appear on the right side. Select the red register+ button.
