Add to calendarJoin our very own Sandy as she leads us through a gentle yoga session focusing on easing tension in the neck and shoulders. We’ll focus on contralateral movement which helps balance the two hemispheres of the brain aiding in focus and concentration, stimulates the core muscles and generally resets the nervous system. We will end with a guided body scan meditation.
