The Center for Professional Development is excited to announce that local celeb Chalice Springfield will be here March 24! Chalice  Springfield, a local speaker, will present at Aims Community College for this event from 11 - 12:15 in Welcome Center Ballroom A. 

Wouldn’t it be great to figure out how small actions in our health, well-being and self-care could create a full Trivial Pursuit game-piece that has positive momentum, power and and actually makes a difference in our life?  If you feel like your game piece is empty and you’re not sure what is even happening in the self-care arena (there are actually 6 of them!), this workshop can help you turn the game of self-care into something constructive and winnable!
