Are you responsible for providing on-the-job or classroom training for others?  If yes, this course is designed for you! 

Become equipped to train and develop high-performing employees that are not under your direct supervision. In class, you will create a ten-minute training module and present it demonstrating the skills you have acquired.

The knowledge, skills and abilities you will gain include:

• understanding the needs of adult learners,
• developing a training plan,
• improving comprehension by recognizing participants’ learning and communication styles,
• giving effective feedback to learners,
• facilitating a successful training session,
• and evaluating a training program.
