Come join Aims Counselors as we talk about how our bodies respond to long-term stress and learn three ways to care for yourself during stressful times. You’ll learn how to set boundaries for Digital Wellness, get ideas for how to move your body, and engage in some mindfulness through a short (totally easy) guided meditation. These skills will help you keep yourself grounded and calm when life feels stressful and uncertain. Free lunch at the in-person workshop.
