We will build on previous goals in this session of the Work-Life Balance Series. If you haven't joined before, no problem. You can start fresh this week (or any other time)!  Join FTLC and Adam Sanfeliz on Wednesday, April 16, from noon to 1 p.m. via Zoom or in  Westview room 112.

Join us for this semester-long series designed to:

  • Understand your time usage: Identify where your time is slipping away.
  • Harness the power of healthy habits: Learn how to incorporate positive habits into your daily routine.
  • Master the art of goal setting: Set achievable goals and track your progress.
